I build tools
for founders.
I'm the first user.
I couldn't hire a team, so I started building one out of software. It runs my company every day - and the parts that hold up are what founders like you get next.
status: first suite in progress / in the open / jul 2026

sec. a / how I build
Rules I build by.
01
I'm the first user.
Every tool starts as a fix for something slowing my own work down. Real problem, real stakes - no personas, no guessing.
02
Daily use is the only review.
I run it until it breaks, then fix what actually broke.
03
If I wouldn't pay for it, you won't see it.
A tool earns its place in my day before it earns a place in the suite.
04
The boring parts go to the machines.
Agents and workflows take the jobs a team would do. I keep the decisions.
05
Small on purpose.
One founder shouldn't need headcount to run like a company.
sec. b / now
On the bench.
The suite grows one tool at a time, in the open. States are honest: most of this is not done.

- TR-02Memory a company can keeprough
- TR-03Go-to-market without a teamrough
- TR-04Decisions with a paper trailsketches
current focus: TR-01. It ships when it survives daily use.
